Fontaine Vineyards in lovely Leicester, North Carolina is a gem in the Smokies! Our vineyards, events & wine tastings are tour bus and school welcome. Owned and operated by former restaurateurs Jackie and Michel previously owner/operator of 4 Star Rated French Restaurant & Bakery in Paris (France), Florida and Asheville, Western North Carolina. Fontaine Vineyards was created in 2006, with the help of several fiends and family members. Fontaine Vineyards has 9 varieties of grapes planted: Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris , Grenache and Chasselat.

Chef Michel is a world class culinary chef and baker. He graduated from the Culinary Institute in Paris, France. Incredible cakes and amazing french pastries are his specialty.Have your cake baked at the vineyard for your special occasion by Paris Festival.
Jackie and Michel also own Paris Festival, a concession bakery traveling to large music festivals and art shows from Florida to Chicago, winning several first place awards for their baked goods such as french pastries, funnel cakes, New Orleans and Apple Beignets. This Asheville Wedding Vineyard is owned and operated by former restaurateurs Jackie and Michel, each previously owners/operators of Rated French Restaurants and French Bakeries in Paris (France) , Florida and Western North Carolina. Michel and Jackie, dreaming about a vineyard, decided to go into another venture as well as keeping the bakery show business.
