Great Smoky Mountains National Park Nudist Colony Bares All
Great Smoky Mountains National Park Nudist Colony Bares All. Great Smoky Mountain officials announce the grand opening of the new Cades Cove nudist colony. Colony visitors swing into the region prepared to let it all hang out in this unprecedented eruption of decadence!
Park officials explain the colony will be separated from clothed park visitors via a new chicken wire privacy fence. Due to the high risk of sunburn and chaffing nudist aid stations have opened around the Cove near the Cable Mill and John Oliver cabin.
“The park has committed to providing SPF 90 sunscreen and unlimited talcum powder for emergency situations,” said Ranger Frean Easee. “We have made a special effort to eradicate poison ivy in the Cove Colony but we also have calamine lotion aid stations prepared for any issues where the sun don’t shine!”
All nudists twenty-one years of age and older are welcome to join the colony. The skin friendly group will host the first annual “Birthday Suit Parade” hike around the Cades Cove loop in the coming weeks and the often over looked Cades Cove lake will host daily skinny dipping!
