  • Cades Cove Loop Road (The loop will open daily at 8:00 a.m. and there are not plans for bicycle only hours at this time.)
  • Lakeview Drive Road
  • Deep Creek Road
  • Wear Cove Road

Open Picnic Areas

  • Chimney Tops
  • Metcalf Bottoms (pavilion closed)
  • Collins Creek (pavilion closed)
  • Deep Creek (pavilion closed)
  • Cades Cove

Open Restrooms

  • Newfound Gap
  • Sugarlands Visitor Center
  • Oconaluftee Visitor Center
  • Cable Mill in Cades Cove
  • Abrams Falls trailhead
  • Restrooms open at all picnic areas listed above

Popular Destinations To Remain Closed

  • Laurel Falls trail
  • Alum Cave trail
  • Chimney Tops trail
  • All other trails and backcountry campsites will remain closed with reduced capacity.
  • Appalachian Trail thru-hiker permits will not be issued at this time.
