About Elkmont Campground
Elkmont Campground, conveniently located just 8 miles outside Gatlinburg, TN, is the National Park’s largest and busiest campground. The beautiful Little River and Jakes Creek have been bringing folks to this destination for centuries.
Elkmont Campground offers 200 RV and tent campsites with paved driveways and gravel tent pads. 20 walk-in tent sites are also available along with 9 wheelchair accessible sites. Restroom facilities have utility sinks, flush toilets. Potable water spigots are located near each restroom building. There are no electric, water or sewer hook-ups. Horses are not allowed.
